Horden Wiltshire

Horden joined m.Net in 2001 as Project Director and was responsible for a number of the company's early infrastructure and mobile application initiatives. Appointed as CEO in early 2003, he has been responsible for building and leading an outstanding team that has transformed m.Net into Australia's leading Mobile Solutions Company. Horden's leadership skills were honed in the Australian Defence Force, where his early career culminated in command of the Australian submarine HMAS Sheean. Horden is a Director of Eccosphere International. |
Barry PorterChief Financial Officer BAcc, MBA, CPA |
Barry has been with m.Net from its inception and has been responsible for all financial planning and analysis as well as contributing significantly to the strategic planning and direction of the company. As the CFO and Company Secretary he is responsible for all financial, commercial, legal and compliance issues. Barry has had more than 20 years' experience in business administration, finance and IT organisations, including senior positions in the airline, transport and education industries. His experience with corporate finance and planning and the administration of complex businesses has been an important factor in m.Net's success. Barry has an undergraduate degree in Accounting, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has a Masters degree in Business Administration. He also sits on the Board of the Australian Dance Theatre and is Company Secretary for Eccosphere International. |
Bob HumphreysChief Operations Officer

Bob joined m.Net in January 2005 to head up the Operations team. As Chief Operations Officer, Bob is responsible for the delivery of m.Net’s operational commitments to our clients, including the delivery and support of Products and Services as we develop and field exciting new applications across the mobile space. Bob also carries responsibility for Business Development within the company focused on identifying new opportunities with Carrier clients, and incorporating the growth of existing business lines. Bob has more than 18 years of experience heading up technical teams in challenging environments in operational, development and support roles. His expertise has been sought internationally and his assignments have taken him to Canada and the United States. |
Scott Johnson

Scott joined m.Net in May 2007 and is responsible for driving the product development, marketing and sales functions. Scott’s ability to identify and exploit new market opportunities is essential to our ongoing innovation and differentiation in this dynamic market place. Scott has more than 15 years experience in the IT&T and New Media industries and has led many high profile new product launches in Australia for companies such as News Digital Media and Singtel Optus. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computing Science) as well as an MBA (International Business) and is recognized as a Certified Practicing Marketer by the Australian Marketing Institute. |

Since joining m.Net in 2003, Marisa has been responsible for the development and integration of research into the managed service provider role we provide to media and telecommunication clients. Together with her team, she has created an innovative research program that provides clients with access to research expertise and services at the pre-launch stage of development through to post launch management of the product. Marisa is a specialist in User Behaviour Research Services and has consulted to many large companies in this area. She has a PhD in Marketing and Information Systems in the area of ‘Forecasting Market Demand for Breakthrough Products'. Marisa has also undertaken extensive research and consulting into the value of brands. |
Paul Daly

Paul was responsible for building the original m.Net consortium and the project proposal in response to the Australian Government's Advanced Networks Program, securing industry and government support and establishing the company's early structure. He is committed to supporting the development of a successful mobile internet industry in Australia and manages m.Net's collaboration with other organisations to achieve this aim. Paul has addressed numerous conferences, seminars and workshops with a focus on mobile services innovation and related opportunities. He has a diverse background in entrepreneurship, R&D, enterprise improvement and commercialisation and a passionate interest in the role of creativity in the innovation cycle. Paul works closely with content partners and mobile developers to foster innovation through m.Net's Gallery 4 developer program and is taking Australian developed mobile content to the world through the Export Navigator Project. He has specific responsibility for outcomes from product development, commercialisation and collaboration activities within m.Net Corporation. |
Luigi Iuliano

Lui has been part of the m.Net team for more than four years and he has extensive experience in software engineering having worked in the industry for 12 years. He has worked with Motorola in their Software Development Centres in Australia and the US prior to joining the company. He has the valuable experience of having worked within a disciplined software engineering environment that is certified to CMM Level 4. As m.Net’s Technical Director he has been responsible for leading complex implementation of mobile services for Telstra and our media partners across Web, WAP, IVR, SMS and USSD channels. His ability to deliver complex projects under tight timelines is well proven. |
